‼️CANCELLED: Underwood School Picnic‼️Due to the current rain and the uncertain forecast for continued rain and thunderstorms throughout the day, we have made the difficult decision to cancel today's Underwood School Picnic.

Between the weather conditions, safety considerations, and the extensive setup required for the event, we are unable to host the picnic as planned. Unfortunately, there is no rain date scheduled.

We know many students, families and volunteers were looking forward to this event, and we share in the disappointment. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who dedicated their time and energy to planning to make today possible. This was not an easy decision, but we believe it is the right one given the circumstances.

Our annual Underwood end of year school picnic is tomorrow night! Come celebrate the end of the school year with us!

We have many free exciting activities planned but will not be able to do them all without volunteers!

From kick ball games and dunk tanks to temporary tattoos, crafts and more, it’s going to be a fun-filled celebration for our students – we will not be able to do all of these activities without volunteers.

We’ve teamed up with Eisenhower PTA, Montessori PTSA and Friends of Firefly Grove Park for a last day of school celebration at Firefly Grove Park on Thursday, June 11th from 12PM-2PM. The event is free to families to attend with lunch options to purchase Romero’s Taco Truck or Cocina Filipina. Pete’s Pops will also be available for purchase. Or, bring your own picnic lunch and come play on the playground!
