Dear Wauwatosa West Community,

I am pleased to announce the hiring of Mason Ross as the new Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Wauwatosa West High School.

Mason has been an integral part of our baseball program for several years and brings a deep understanding of both the game and the culture of Tosa West Athletics. His vision to continue developing our program from the youth level through varsity reflects his long-term commitment to building a strong foundation for future success.

During the hiring process, Mason impressed the committee with his leadership qualities, strategic approach, and dedication to helping student-athletes grow both on and off the field. His familiarity with our players and program will allow for a smooth transition and a shared focus on excellence.

We are excited to begin this next chapter of Trojan Baseball under Coach Ross’s leadership and look forward to a successful future.

Dear Wauwatosa West Community,

I am pleased to announce the hiring of Maggie Meyer as our new Varsity Head Softball Coach. Maggie has already been an important part of our program, previously serving as our Varsity Assistant Coach. In that role, she built strong relationships with our athletes and demonstrated her ability to connect, motivate, and develop student-athletes both on and off the field.

Maggie brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for the game of softball. Her commitment to teaching the fundamentals, while also instilling values of teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship, will make her a great leader for our program.

We are confident that under Coach Meyer’s leadership, Tosa West Softball will continue to grow and thrive both now and in the years to come.

First Booster Club meeting of the school year is Monday, September 8! Join us at 6:30pm in the Steiner Center.

Fall Sports Meeting is TONIGHT, starting at 6:00 pm in the gym. Individual team breakout sessions will follow.

The Athletic Booster Club needs your help to continue our support of Tosa West’s athletic programs! We need volunteers for the following positions for next school year:

• President
• Vice-President
• Secretary

Please join us at our next meeting on June 2 to find out more about these positions and to volunteer.

The Athletic Booster Club had another great year supporting our sports programs. We contributed a total of over $10,000 this year to:

• Boys/Girls Soccer – Whitman fields sound system
• Trojan Dance Team – summer training
• Baseball – winter training
• Girls Volleyball – iPad for game recording and statistics

In addition, the Booster Club awarded $4,000 in scholarships to graduating student athletes!

Please join us at our last meeting of the year on June 2, as well as next school year, to help continue our support of Tosa West athletics and our amazing student athletes!
