Sunday, January 28 was a great day of celebration at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church and Preschool as we ended our National Lutheran Schools Week special activities! Some of our preschoolers sang in church, Blaine had a great children’s message about being “plugged in to Jesus”, and Pastor Hauan’s sermon reminded us that our “foremost authority” is Jesus. Everyone enjoyed a great selection of different kinds of chili at the Chili Cook-Off, along with BBQs, hot dogs, and so many yummy desserts! After lunch, young and old alike enjoyed the juggling show performed by Dan Kirk, The Juggler With the Yellow Shoes. We thank and praise God for this fun day of celebration!
