Description:
Join us for a rejuvenating pop-up barre class hosted by Belle Force Barre Studio! Whether you’re a seasoned barre enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this class is perfect for all fitness levels. Ages 10+ years are welcome! Enjoy a unique workout experience in the vibrant atmosphere of downtown Wausau.

What to Expect:
- A 60-minute Low impact, high-intensity Classic Barre Class
- A full-body workout focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance
- Expert instruction from a Certified Barre Instructor
- A fun and friendly environment to meet new friends
- Bring your own mat and water bottle
- 2lb hand weights (you are welcome to /bring use your own)

Cost: $25 per person

Join us for a rejuvenating Barre Pop-Up class on the beautiful patio at Timekeeper! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a curious beginner, this outdoor session offers a fantastic way to energize your body and mind while soaking up the late summer vibes.

**What to Expect:**
- A 60-minute Barre workout led by an experienced instructor
- Modifications available for all fitness levels
- A fun and friendly atmosphere
- Post-class social hour with refreshments (optional)

**What to Bring:**
- $20.00 Cash (1 Class + 1 Cocktail)
- Comfortable workout attire
- Yoga Mat (extra mats available if you forget yours)
- Water bottle!
- A friend to share the experience!
