One of the skills we focus on in cosmetology is learning how to “read” inspiration photos and break them down into techniques students can recreate behind the chair ✨

Instead of copying a picture exactly, students learn how to dissect the style, identify the sections, texture, shape, pin placement, and finishing details that make the look work. This helps build problem-solving skills and confidence for real client consultations in the future.

Ali did a great job taking inspiration from the reference photo and creating her own version of the style while practicing those technical skills.
