Fitness doesn't need to be an all or nothing.
Small measurable consistent steps are better than burnout.
You can do this!!

With the new year- there are many resolutions being made.

Being healthy is a process that you don't have to go alone.

The new year is fast approaching and we at Fanta-Z Fitness want to remind you:
Health is a long term goal. Take it easy and steady.
Some days fitness and health are getting out of bed.
Other days you'll workout and/or eat better.
But each day we need to love ourselves.

One of the main reasons people fail on their new years resolutions is they go from 0 to 100 overnight.
This doesn't work for most of us.
Small meaningful, reasonable steps are much better than an all or nothing attitude.

Take your time, you got this!!

And come January there will be some new classes at the Greenheck Community Center with Coach Chuck! So stay tuned!
