A covered drive-through might not seem like the most exciting feature—until it’s pouring rain, snowing sideways, or you’re juggling an infant, toddler, diaper bag, and everything else. 😅

Small moments can create big stress for families.

So when we designed the new Village, we thought about those moments, too.

Our covered drop-off and pick-up is one small way we're designing our new home around children and the people who care for them.

Happy 5-year Village-aversary, Beth! 💛

One of the most special things about Beth is the way she observes children. She notices the little things — their likes, dislikes, patterns, preferences, and the unique ways each child moves through the world.

That kind of attention matters. It helps children feel known, understood, and deeply cared for.

For five years, Beth has brought this thoughtful, steady, loving presence to The Village, and we are so grateful for the relationships she has built with children, families, and teammates.
