Inspire’s 4th Annual Field Day (Week) was a HUGE success! 🎉

There was plenty of fun, laughter, and even a firetruck! 🚒 The children had an absolute blast making memories and enjoying a week filled with exciting activities.

A very special thank you to Ms. Morgan for her amazing vision and all of the hard work that brought Field Week to life for our children! Thank you, also, to all of our wonderful parent participants who helped make the day possible, and to the Middleton Fire Department for bringing the fire hose fun! 💦🚒

A special thank you to Jeff and Tim for joining us for Inspire’s annual Fly-In! ✈️🚁

Our children were filled with excitement as they watched a Piper Cub plane and Enstrom helicopter land in the field across from campus. They had the opportunity to get an up-close look at both aircraft, ask questions, and learn more about aviation.

The Inspire Fly-In is a summer tradition we look forward to every year, and we are already excited for next year’s visit! 💚

Sometimes it’s the simplest activities that make the biggest impact in skill development! 🪨

Using tweezers to pick up small objects helps strengthen the muscles in children's hands and fingers while developing fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and concentration. These foundational skills support future tasks like writing, cutting with scissors, and many everyday self-help activities.

Sometimes the best learning experiences happen when plans change!

The Mojave classroom had planned to enjoy fly swatter painting at the splash pad last week, but the extreme heat made it unsafe to be outdoors. Instead of missing out, their educators got creative and brought the activity inside.

The result was a colorful and MESSY hands-on art experience. It may have ended with a few sink baths for the little artists, but the zest the children displayed made it worth the extra cleanup! 🎨

Big kids need bigger bubbles! 🫧

The Joshua Tree school-age classroom had a blast creating larger-than-life bubbles using a simple mixture of dish soap, water, and a special binding agent. As they experimented with the recipe and tested their bubble-making skills, the children explored basic science while also enjoying outdoor fun!

Movement and Motion at Inspire has been an exciting place to build new skills while having plenty of summer fun! ☀️

Ms. Morgan has been incorporating physical education concepts into each session, giving children opportunities to practice skills like hitting a baseball while developing coordination, balance, and confidence. Through engaging activities that encourage movement and play, she's inspiring children to enjoy staying healthy and active—all while having a great time! 💪
