Thank you for a wonderful 2026 pool season! We are grateful to the many volunteers who put in long hours to keep things running smoothly and create a safe, fun experience for all our members. Your time, care, and dedication make our pool a special part of our neighborhood.

The Pool Board has already met and started planning for next year! In the meantime, we have a few updates and opportunities to share:

Help Us Put Away Pool Furniture
Please join us on Saturday, October 17 at 11:30 a.m. to help put away the pool furniture for the season. Many hands make light work. Please come and join us!

Open Pool Board Positions
We have two upcoming board openings: President, currently held by Laura Endres, and Member-at-Large, currently held by Natasha Baker.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Laura and Natasha for their years of service to the Savannah Village Pool. Both have generously given their time, energy, and care to help make each season a success. Much of that work happens behind the scenes, but it makes a difference for every member who comes to enjoy the pool. We truly appreciate their dedication to our pool community and all they have contributed over the years!

If you are interested in either position or would like to learn more, please reply to this email. Descriptions of these positions can be found on our pool website. Serving on the board is a wonderful way to get involved and help shape future pool seasons. As a thank-you for your time and service, Pool Board volunteers receive a free pool membership!

Help Refresh Our Website
Do you enjoy website design or know someone who does? We are looking for a volunteer to help refresh our current pool website or build a new one. We would love your help creating an inviting, easy-to-use site where members can find pool information and updates. Please reply to this email if you are interested!

Have Ideas for 2027?
Email us. We are always open for new and fun ideas!

Thank you again to our members and volunteers for making 2026 such a great year. We look forward to another wonderful season together!

☀️ THANK YOU for a wonderful Summerfest 2026! ☀️

What a great day with our Savannah Village neighbors! Thank you to everyone who joined us, volunteered, donated raffle prizes, purchased raffle tickets, and helped make Summerfest such a fun community tradition.

A special thank you to our Summerfest volunteers:

Leon & Laura Endres
Annie & Larry Anderson
Ashley & John Feltenberger
Erin & DeeDee Crowley
Chad & Theresa Jarvi
Chris & Angie Vinson

And a BIG thank you to all of our awesome neighbors who donated raffle prizes! Your generosity helped us raise approximately $1,900 to support pool expenses. Those funds make a real difference, especially as we've already replaced a water heater and pump this year.

Most of all, thank you to our neighbors for coming out and spending the day together. Summerfest is special because of the people who make Savannah Village such a great community.

See you at the pool! ☀️💦
