Active games are such a big part of summer camp - not just because they’re fun, but because they provide opportunities for connection, teamwork and get our bodies moving! During The Star Counselor trainings, we teach camp counselors when to include these games, how to lead them and how to make sure campers have the best experience possible. Our Essentials training is coming right up! If your 7th-12th grader is interested in learning essential skills to be an amazing summer camp counselor, grab a spot for them in this one day training coming up in Madison on March 9th! •The Essentials training is a one-day training for a total of 6 hours.
•Great for teens applying for Junior Counselor roles.

Upon Graduating from The Star Counselor:
•Graduates will each receive a Star Counselor Guidebook packed with games, activities, songs, and other helpful info they can bring to camp.
•Graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion and a Star Counselor T-Shirt.
•Graduates of The Star Counselor Training will have access to summer camp job resources and connections to local summer camp directors.
