Just another Saturday, creating an edge doesn’t happen by accident.

Another Zoom session today with a couple of college hitters, reinforcing their actions for the week ahead:

-A purposeful warm-up
-A clear area of need
-Knowing what to look for on video

The goal: stop training like everyone else and learn to be uncommon.

The higher you climb, the more important the fundamentals become.

Great athletes don't stop working on the little things—they keep refining them until they become second nature.

Strong fundamentals give you something to rely on when the pressure is high.

Master the basics. Then master them again.

I’ve found that no matter what level you reach in the sport, it’s the team that executes the basic fundamentals the best that usually wins!
