We’ve got good news and bad news…
GOOD NEWS: we have a new target system and it works perfectly.

BAD NEWS: I have a conflict on August 14, so I have to CANCEL Ladies Night at the Range for that night.

The next day at the range is September 11, 5-7pm at Wern Valley Sportsmen’s Club

The pistol range area is not near the clubhouse, you have to drive back to it.
When you leave the clubhouse driveway, turn left. Up a short ways, you will see a white fence on your left. When the fence ends there is a gravel driveway on your left, turn down that and follow it all the way to the end and then take another left and follow that to the range. ( Lots of lefts)
Bring a chair and your favorite beverage for some socializing afterwards… See less

Let me tell you a little about the Burn community, the workout and how my body has made positive changes from this commitment.

Each day, Monday through Saturday, several camp times are offered. There is a different focus each day, ie; Core and Conditioning, Back and Glutes, Arm day, Lower body strength, Athletic conditioning, Metabolic conditioning, etc.

Each 45 minute camp is led by a trainer who guides us through the workout with an expert eye and enthusiastic encouragement.

The changes I've seen in my mindset, endurance, confidence, physical strength, mobility and physique have been fantastic. I feel way better in my 60's than I did in my 50's!!!

Do you want to see improvement in any of those things?? Why don't you come give it a try? I have a great group of ladies that will join me in welcoming you!
