Sub-sectional tournament today for the varsity team! Let's go Wolverines! 🎾

Yesterday's theme was "Anything but a bag". We had anything from a laundry basket or bag to a baby doll purse.

Stay tuned for our last day of "Anything but a racquet" featuring a video of each girl attempting to hit a ball over the net with their item!

Today's spirit day theme was PATTERNS!

Double victory tonight against the Pewaukee Pirates! The varsity team won 4-3 and the JV1 team won 5-2! Way to go ladies!

Last week was a busy week for all 3 of the Girls Tennis teams. On Tuesday the varsity and JV1 team took on Catholic Memorial at our last home conference match of the season. After recognizing our 10 seniors in a pre-game ceremony, the varsity lost 2-5 and the JV1 team also lost 2-5. Then on Wednesday the JV2 team had their shot at CMH in which they were able to pull off the victory with a 4-3 win to finish off their regular season. On Thursday the varsity and JV1 teams traveled to Oak Creek for our newest conference match this year and the varsity team lost 2-5 while the JV1 team took care of business and won 6-1.

Over the weekend the varsity team traveled to La Crosse to participate in the Aquinas Invite. The girls went 1-2 overall with a loss to Hudson 1-6, a loss to Aquinas 3-4 and a win over Wausau East 6-1. Big shout to Ellie and Kira for being the only ones to go undefeated for the day at #1 doubles. Also a huge thank you to Ava and Mackenzie for making the trip and then representing our team when others weren't able to.

Last night was a hard fought battle for the varsity and JV1 as they took on conference rivals Kettle Moraine. We came up short on both ends with varsity losing 3-4 and JV losing 2-5. Shout-out to Cadence Czajka who had to step in for one of the JV singles positions and was one of the only players to win her match along with Lily and Alexis Hummer at #2 doubles.

Tomorrow the varsity and JV1 will look forward to their next match against Muskego!
