Today we kicked off the season with our 3rd annual Zoo Day! The weather was great, the snacks were yummy, and the day was filled with many laughs. We even spotted our favorite animal of the summer🦩👀…iykyk

Do you have a little one entering 5K through 2nd grade for the 2026-27 school year who loves to jump, dance, and cheer?

Registration for our Waukesha South “Tiny Team” Youth Cheer Clinic officially opens TODAY! 🎉

Our mini cheerleaders will learn foundational skills, work with our amazing youth coaches and High School Cheerleaders, and perform a full routine LIVE under the Friday night lights at the August 28th Varsity Football game halftime show! 🏈✨

🗓️ Quick Details:
Who: 5K to 2nd Graders (2026-27 school year)
Cost: $50 (Includes a WSYC t-shirt & performance hair bow!)
Practices: Wednesdays in August (8/5, 8/12, 8/19, 8/26) from 5:00-7:00 PM
Location: Waukesha South High School Cafeteria/Gym
Performance: Friday, August 28th (Youth Night!)

The Waukesha South Cheer Squad is officially bringing flamingo flocking to town from June 12th - July 24th!

Here is how it works: You pick the date, destination, and our cheerleaders will secretly deploy a flock of bright pink flamingos to roost on their lawn at night! They will hang out for roughly 24 hours before mysteriously migrating to their next stop.

Pick Your Flock Size:
🐾 Small Flock (10 Flamingos): $20 suggested donation
🐾 Medium Flock (20 Flamingos): $40 suggested donation
🐾 Large Flock (30 Flamingos): $60 suggested donation

🛑 Want to protect your lawn? Purchase Anti-Flocking Insurance today for a donation of only $10, and we guarantee our flock will completely bypass your yard during their city-wide tour!

Friday in Waukesha was truly unforgettable as Waukesha South, West, and North cheer joined forces with the Waukesha Police K-9 unit for the Boots & Badges game 🤍💙❤️💜

We came together to perform a special routine honoring our local heroes and celebrating Ryker’s retirement from the force with Waukesha Police Department. He definitely stole the show 🤩🐾🚓

So grateful to share the mat with our Waukesha besties in red, blue, and purple for a night filled with community, gratitude, and heart. Moments like these mean everything 💫

What an unforgettable experience at NHSCC! ❤️✨

The journey there was an adventure of its own…uncertain if we’d even make it to Florida, but we did, and it was worth every moment.

This marks our fourth national qualification with two routines, and our Gameday routine scored an 85.8, the highest in program history! We set out to honor the iconic Les Paul with this routine and we hope we did it justice.

We are beyond grateful for another incredible year representing our school and our community.

Next stop… STATE Prelims!!
