Today, we welcome seven new Alpha Xi Delta-Beta Psi chapter alumnae! These beautiful women have given so much to this chapter throughout their active years, and we are forever grateful for the impact they have had. Today, as they end this chapter and begin a new one, we hope that the values of AXiD will help them to continue reaching for their full potential💙💛 TFJ ladies, remember Alpha Xi Delta and we will remember you.

This Thursday, we give a thankful shout out to our Member Development Vice President, Mikaela Hilker!
As MDVP, she inspires individual chapter members to learn and live the values of Alpha Xi Delta. The purpose of the member development program is to broaden the education of members and foster individual development so that each member can attain her highest potential. The MDVP focuses on new member education, ritual appreciation, academics and the overall Member Development education plan.

Today we celebrate 127 years of sisterhood!
Alpha Xi Delta has brought us lifelong friendships, support, and a sense of belonging. Although we wish we could celebrate with our sisters today, we are thankful to be able to reflect on old memories and look forward to new ones!

This Thursday, the spotlight is on our Chapter Events Director, Lexi Dollhopf!
The Chapter Events Director serves as the main coordinator for all social events such as Formal and campus social events. She works with external and internal clients to make sure all events comply with chapter and university guidelines.

The Sisterhood Director oversees all programming related to fostering sisterhood within the chapter. She understands the importance of sisterhood and plans events to assist in meeting this goal of unity.

Alpha Xi Delta formed a national partnership with Autism Speaks in 2009 to help raise funds and understanding and acceptance for those affected by autism spectrum disorders. Since then, Alpha Xi Delta chapters and alumnae associations have participated in numerous initiatives in their local communities and at our host institutions to raise funds and understanding and accepteance of autism spectrum disorders.

This week we recognize our Campus Activities Director, Katie Dobrzynski!
The Campus Activities Director promotes the chapter’s involvement in campus programming including Greek Week, Homecoming, intramural sports, and other campus events. She also encourages involvement in other campus organizations and helps members find these opportunities.

The Panhellenic Delegate serves as a representative of the chapter in the Campus Panhellenic community and exercises the chapter’s vote in all Panhellenic Council matters. She encourages Panhellenic unity and cooperation through collaboration with other chapters.

This week, we recognize our sister Kayla Cardenas for her hard work as Philanthropy Vice President!
The PVP oversees all chapter sponsored campus and community events, both informational awareness and fundraising, for Alpha Xi Delta’s exclusive National Philanthropic Partner, Autism Speaks. She understands the need to be strategic in the planning of such large-scale events. She also encourages participation in additional campus and community sponsored service efforts.

This Thursday we recognize our Membership Vice President, Dree Puetz!
As MVP, Dree coordinates the chapter member recruitment program. She understands the need to remain competitive in membership strategy and works with the membership team and Chapter Advisor on year-round initiatives to position the chapter for success in formal/informal recruitment. She provides the chapter with continuous training on recruitment practices to prepare members and increase overall recruitment strength.
