Waukesha North HS Orchestra

Incredibly proud of the performances of the band and orchestra students from Waukesha North who performed at WSMA at Waukesha West today. Out of 39 band and orchestra performances, we had 9 solos/ensembles advance to State with a 1*, and 16 more who scored a 1. All other performances were a 2.

All of the hard work of students, parents accompanists ... Has paid off. All of the constant reminding, coaching and pushing that I did feels fulfilled and worth it. Thanks to everyone!

Students from Waukesha North, in partnership with the Wisconsin Philharmonic annually collaborate on quartet and other chamber music opportunities. This year, our quartet had the opportunity to be coached by a member of the Pro Arte String Quartet.

There is a school booard meeting on Wednesday May 11th at the Linholm building. It starts at 7 pm and we would greatly appreciate anyone who supports us by attending. If you'd like to speek at this meeting, I was told that you need to arrive early and say you'd like to say something.
