The mission of our PTO is to build a team of parents and teachers working together to provide academic & recreational support at Heyer.
We make sure our teachers and students have the tools they need to give/receive the best education possible. Heyer's PTO holds meetings in the Library on the third Tuesday of September, November, January, March, and May from 6:30-7:30pm. All Heyer parents/guardians are welcomed to attend. There is no fee to be part of the PTO. We'd love to have you join our organization!

What a memorable Family Fun Fest week! We made bids, counted coins, played games, and at one point many became hallway weather experts together… Thank you to everyone who joined in on Penny Wars, checked out our Silent Auction, and came out for the Carnival Games and Inflatables tonight. The energy this week was incredible and it showed in every bag of coins and every smiling face.
A HUGE thank you to our awesome high school volunteers, Heyer staff, and the many parents who kept everything running from games to concessions to raffles and everything in between. We are also so, so grateful to the many businesses who donated to our raffle and silent auction... Your generosity brought so much excitement to the event!
To those who braved the weather with us, thank you. And to everyone who calmly relocated to the hallways during the tornado warning, you handled it like pros. A very special SHOUT OUT to our students who stayed patient, calm, and flexible during an unexpected twist in the night. You impressed all of us! Thank you, THANK YOU for being such a fun, resilient, and supportive community. We could not have done it without you all!
