Here’s a quick **Arrival & Dismissal Cheat Sheet** to help everyone start the year smoothly, safely, and stress-free. 😊

# # # ⏰ MORNING ARRIVAL

🍎 **Breakfast & Supervision Begin:** 8:45 AM
🔔 **Entry Bell:** 9:05 AM
📚 **Instruction Begins / Tardy Bell:** 9:15 AM

**Grade-Level Entry Doors at 9:05 AM:**
🚪 Kindergarten & 2nd Grade → **Door 1**
🚪 1st Grade → **Door 2**
🚪 3rd Grade → **Door 10**
🚪 4th & 5th Grade → **Door 9**

➡️ Before 9:05 AM, ALL students enter through **Main Door #5**.

# # # 👋 DISMISSAL

🏫 **Dismissal:** 3:48 PM

🚶 Walkers should be picked up at their **grade-level door** rather than the main entrance.

⏰ Students not picked up by **3:58 PM** will wait in the Multi-Purpose Room. Late pick-up is at **Door #8**.

# # # 🚗 SAFETY REMINDERS

❤️ Please help us keep everyone safe!

• Use the designated drop-off lanes.
• **Do NOT drive around barricades.**
• The Staff Lot and Northmoor Avenue front lot are **off-limits during arrival and dismissal.**
• Please drive slowly and follow the crossing guard’s directions.
• Students should leave school property after dismissal unless they are participating in a school-sponsored activity.

🌧️ **Weather Reminder:** Students may enter early if it is raining or the temperature is below **20°F**.

Hello Glenwood Families!

The 2025–26 School Year Begins Tomorrow!

We’re excited to welcome everyone back for the new school year!

Breakfast Program: Begins at 8:45 AM for students participating in the breakfast program.

First Bell: Rings at 9:05 AM to start the school day.

Please note that morning traffic around the school can be very hectic. For the safety of all students, families, and staff, we kindly ask that you follow all traffic patterns and drop-off expectations.

We are truly looking forward to seeing everyone in the morning. Let’s make it a great start to the school year!
