Waukee CSD has canceled school and all activities for tomorrow, March 5th, due to forecasted inclement weather. Additionally, we will be closed on Wednesday, following the Waukee school district closures. Thank you.

🥶 Waukee CSD will have a two-hour delayed start due to forecasted extreme temperatures, and we will follow the school district's inclement weather schedule, with Little Wonders opening at 9 am.

Without proper eye protection and the ability to ensure all children comply with wearing the appropriate glasses the risk of retinal damage from staring at this solar event is very high. For this reason we will be having indoor recess on Monday. 💜💙💚💛🧡❤🌈

🌈❤🧡💛💚💙💜Families: We have started our Playground Refresh Project slated to be complete by the end of May. We have currently removed all equipment in prep for our new surfacing and shortly after our new playground equipment will arrive and be installed. We appreciate your patience with us and your children as they will have more energy than most days until our playground is complete. We are extremely excited about our fresh look! 💜💙💚💛🧡❤️🌈
