Trailridge, and Trailridge families and supporters:
The TRS Ambassadors are putting on their Winter Gear Drive from October 5th to October 23rd.

They are looking for winter coats, gloves, and hats (in good condition). The donated items will be gifted to families who do not have access to winter items, ensuring that these families stay warm in the winter months!

To donate, students will bring their items to their 'Pod' in Trailridge where the majority of their core classes are held. On the ledge sharing the wall with the math/science rooms, there will be a place to put donated items. The Ambassadors are hoping to get 50 items per pod! If a pod reaches this goal, each student in that pod (regardless if they donated or not) will receive a reward of Minga points!

Encourage each other to donate! Let's help out the community!

This week in iJAG (Iowa Jobs for Graduates):
UnityPoint Career Exploration Day!

iJAG students had an exciting day exploring careers in healthcare at UnityPoint Health! Students participated in hands-on activities, met healthcare professionals, learned about different career opportunities, and discovered the education and skills needed for healthcare careers. This experience gave students a chance to connect classroom learning to real-world career possibilities and begin thinking about their futures.
