Fueling up during their dinner break at Fresh Mediterranean! 🥙✨ Some of the EOS team took a well-deserved break to enjoy a delicious meal before getting back to work during choreography week. 💙🎶

So, let's talk about community. ❤️
One of the things we're most proud of is that our restaurant has become more than just a place to grab a meal. It's become a gathering place—a safe, welcoming space where people can enjoy fresh, delicious food while making memories together.
Over the years, we've had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful customers and watching families grow. We've seen parents bring their kids in, friends gather around the table, teammates celebrate after games, and loved ones share stories, laughter, and life's special moments.
Seeing those connections happen every day is exactly why we created this concept. Our vision was always to build a true community restaurant—a place where people could come together to laugh, celebrate milestones, reconnect, and simply enjoy each other's company. Last night's group reminded me once again of why we do what we do.
As we continue to grow, let's keep building a community that is welcoming, safe, supportive, and strong. Together, we can create a place where everyone feels at home.

I scream, you scream, EOS screams for ice cream! 🍨🎶

After three days of hard work at choreo camp, our EOS performers deserved a sweet treat! We loved hosting an ice cream sundae station today and hope everyone enjoyed taking a well-earned break.

We’re so proud of all the hard work, dedication, and energy these students have poured into camp so far. Keep it up, EOS - we can’t wait to see what’s in store this season! 💙🎶

Show Choir season has kicked off! 💙⭐️ Best of luck to Aurora students with their first choreography camp this week, and Eos choreo next week! Aurora students gathered today for group bonding, singing, and an ice cream sundae bar. Thank you to our parent volunteers who supported an ice cream sundae bar, costume measurements, and snack donations!

This super fun group of 3rd & 4th graders had a fantastic one-day show choir camp today, including a performance at the end of the day for families! 💙🎶 Thank you to our directorial staff and high school volunteers for a great week of camps!

Lots of fun pictures from our 5-6 grade and 7-9 grade show choir camps! Congratulations to these students on their amazing hard work — so much learned and so much fun had in only 4 days! 🤩💙🐺 We are looking forward to the 3-4 grade camp tomorrow!

The final day in Amsterdam started with a visit to the Rijksmuseum and a beautiful canal cruise. It was a perfect sunny afternoon to explore, eat, and shop around the Canal Ring and city center. Our students performed a fantastic final concert in De Duif, and celebrated the end of the tour with a final group dinner. “Vaarwel” to the Netherlands and our amazing local tour managers, Natascha and Angela! 🇳🇱🎶💙
