Monday, November 3 is an Institute Day for District 118 Staff. There will be no student attendance Monday, November 3.
School will resume Tuesday, November 4.

Today, FBLA Officers had the opportunity to present the donations raised through their Walk to End Alzheimer's to Ms. Keeney, a Development Manager with the Alzheimer's Association. With their walk, FBLA was able to raise over $2,000 for the association!

🚨 Training Exercise Notification 🚨
On Monday. November 3, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Wauconda CUSD 118, in collaboration with the Wauconda Police Department and other Village partners, will be conducting a live safety drill at Wauconda High School.
▪️This is a planned training designed to enhance the preparedness and coordination of D118 Staff and first responders.
▪️During this time, you may notice an increased presence of police, fire, and emergency vehicles in the area.
▪️There is no threat to the community.
▪️Monday, November 3 is an Institute Day for D118 staff. No students will be on campus for the duration of the training.
We appreciate the cooperation and understanding of the community as we work together to keep our schools safe.

On Saturday, National Honor Society hosted Trunk or Treat in collaboration with a number of student organizations and clubs! Lots of great costumes, fun games, and awesome prizes!

October is National Principals Month, this week is Illinois Principal Appreciation Week, and today is Principal Appreciation Day! All great reasons to say Thank You to the amazing principals of District 118!
