We just returned yesterday from a fabulous GETAWAY that present and former El Jardin Preschool families blessed us with. We went kayaking at Monterey Bay Kayaks on Monday in Monterey, then we ate dinner at Edgar's and played Bocce Ball and spent the night at Quail Lodge http://www.quaillodge.com/ in Carmel Valley. It is absolutely lovely, right on the golf course, with at view of the mountains in every direction. On Tuesday, we enjoyed the continental breakfast at the lodge, "golfed" on the putting greens, enjoyed the lovely pool, played Taboo, and then left to go hiking at Point Lobos. We enjoyed the trip immensely, and feel so very loved and appreciated! Thanks to all who contributed for your generosity!
