A big thank you to Watson Baptist Church for thinking of our students today! 💛 They brought lots of snacks, full Gideon Bibles for each student, and the cutest little bags. The kids ended up pulling out the Sharpies and making each bag their own!

We are so thankful for their kindness and support of Watson Community School. 💛

🌱 Learning agriculture hands-on! Today our students headed out to local fields to collect crop leaves for our Agriculture Leaf Collection Project. We love being able to take learning outside and learn about the crops growing right here in our community! 🌾🚜

On September 17, our students visited Sciara Flying Service in Eudora, Arkansas, to learn about crop dusters and their important contribution to agriculture in the Arkansas Delta.

A huge thank-you to everyone at Sciara Flying Service for welcoming us and showing our students such wonderful hospitality. We appreciate you taking the time to share your knowledge and give them such a memorable hands-on learning experience!

We had an amazing field trip to Riceland at Pendleton! Our students learned about the work they do and how they support our local farmers. It was a wonderful hands-on addition to our study of different types of agriculture this semester. We are so thankful to Riceland for welcoming Watson Community School! 🌾🚜

Hey y’all! If there’s any coffee drinkers out there, we need metal coffee cans! 🥚 🐣 🐓

Finn wants every one of his classmates to start the school year by making their own incubator, and we need coffee cans to make it happen.

If you’ve got some empty metal coffee cans, we’d sure appreciate them. If you’d like to donate any other supplies to help with the incubators, we’d be thankful for that too.

Just message me or call/text me at 870-514-7565 if you can help.

We sure do appreciate our little community helping make fun learning happen for these kids! 🥚 🐣 🐓
