Way to Go, Scarlette!

4H Member Scarlette H. had an amazing showing at the Livingston Parish Fair, bringing home FIVE 1st Place ribbons and ONE 2nd Place ribbon!

Audry A. represented Live Oak Middle School by participating in the Livingston Parish Fair Poultry Show. This year she placed on all 5 of the chickens that she presented. She received 1st place on a Barnevelder hen, a Sussex hen, a Blue Orpington hen, and a Plymouth Rock hen. She also received 2nd place on a Black Orpington rooster. Thank you for showing off your Live Oak Middle School pride through another year of showing chickens for our 4H!

Yesterday was VIP day at the Livingston Parish Fair. Our kiddos had a blast previewing rides and playing games! What a bunch of thrill seekers!
