For one hour, there's no inbox. No news feed. No to-do list. Just breathing, moving, and paying attention to the person in front of you.

People come to Aikido for self-defense. They stay because they leave class calmer than they arrived.

Beginners Program starts November 3: www.albanyaikido.com

Aikido isn't about being bigger, faster, or stronger. It's about balance, timing, and staying calm when things don't go the way you expected. It's about improving yourself from the inside out.

No competitions. No trophies. Just people training together and getting better together.

Beginners Program starts November 3. Details: www.albanyaikido.com
