We're looking for people with new ideas and people who can simply help us to better execute events that we already have planned. ASA is currently in the process of trying to change and redefine its presence on campus. If you're frustrated with or would like to change things about ASA and the Asian community on this campus, we highly encourage you to apply--even if you haven't attended (m)any events in the past. To apply, fill out the application we sent out in the recent email (DM if u aren’t on the list!) The deadline for the application is MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25th BY 5:00 PM. In spirit of Filipino American History Month (FAHM!!) this October, we’re cordially inviting you to take part in our 🎉KAMAYAN FEAST🎉 This hearty celebration involves covering a long table with banana leaves and copious amounts of food, and eating with your hands! We invite you (students, faculty, whomever) to cook/bring food in teams to prepare, or simple turn up and enjoy great food. If you’d like to participate, fill out the form below. We’ll reimburse the costs and book the kitchens - just bring the food! 🍖🍲🥟🍚🥗🥦🥕

Uhhhhh did somebody say donut brunch?? WE DID! 🍩🍩🍩 Mentors and mentees + EVERYONE ELSE, come thru this Sunday at 11am to the ASA room for Dunkin’ donuts, breakfast sandwiches and coffee. 😊🎈 FYI: there’s still time to sign up for our mentor-mentee program - just fill out the form in the link below! PRESENTING THE 2019 ASA FALL RETREAT: HEALING ✨🌻 happening this Friday, September 27th from 5-9PM at the Millet House. We’ll be meeting up at 4:45PM at the Pugh Center to walk over together! come and make new friends, hang with faculty, discuss what it means to take care of ourselves and each other, and share survival tips at Colby. We'll ALSO be serving good Asian food (‼️) from local Waterville restaurants and maaaaybe have some goodie bags to take home 😉
