Mount Merici Academy Mount Merici Academy is an Ursuline School serving children from age six weeks through Eighth-grade Angela Merici, foundress of the Ursuline Sisters.

Our Mission:
Mount Merici Academy, a Catholic school, is dedicated to nurturing the whole child - mind, body, and spirit - providing love and guidance so that students can achieve their personal best. In partnership with families, our mission is to instill the values of respect, responsibility, and self-discipline, teaching students in the Ursuline Serviam tradition of service to our community and the world. Magic is coming to the 40th Annual Mount Merici Academy Harvest Fair!

Join us on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3 ONLY from 1:00PM-2:00PM for a live magic show the whole family can enjoy! The best part? Kids will have chances to be called up on stage and become part of the act!

Wristbands are just $5 per person!

🍎MEET THE TEACHER: Sarah Hellen🍎

We are excited to welcome Ms. Hellen to Mount Merici Academy as our second-grade teacher!

Throughout her field placements and student teaching, Ms. Hellen had the opportunity to work with students in several elementary schools, gaining experience in literacy and math instruction, differentiated learning, and building strong classroom communities.

About Ms. Hellen:

What are you most excited about this school year?

“I am most excited about getting to know my students, building meaningful relationships with them and their families, and creating a classroom where every student feels welcomed, supported, and excited to learn. I feel incredibly fortunate to return to the school that first inspired my love of learning.”

Outside of the classroom:

Ms. Hellen enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends!

Fun fact:

Ms. Hellen was once a second grade student in the very same classroom where she is now teaching!

This year isn’t just another Harvest Fair… it’s our 40TH ANNUAL HARVEST FAIR!

✨🎩 AND WE HAVE A VERY SPECIAL SURPRISE… 🎩✨

🪄 SATURDAY AFTERNOON ONLY, A LIVE MAGICIAN! 🪄

That’s right! For the first time, as part of our 40th anniversary celebration, we’re bringing even MORE magic to the Harvest Fair with a live magic show!

And your children won’t just be watching from the audience…

Kids will have chances to be called UP ON STAGE and become part of the magic act!

The magician will be performing SATURDAY AFTERNOON ONLY, so make sure you plan to be there, you won’t want to miss it!

And that’s just ONE part of everything happening during this milestone weekend!
