Celebrating Our Lincoln Leaders!

We had an incredible week at Lincoln Elementary with 146 Lincoln Leaders given to students! Lincoln Leaders show what it means to make positive choices by being kind, responsible, respectful, helpful, and ready to learn. Whether it is helping a classmate, taking responsibility for their actions, showing respect, or doing the right thing even when no one is watching, our students continue to make us proud. A special bench has been placed on the Lincoln Elementary playground in memory of Sandy Middleton, a beloved paraprofessional who touched the lives of so many students and staff members.
Sandy will be remembered for her kindness, caring heart, and the smile she so generously shared with everyone around her. This bench will serve as a lasting reminder of the joy she brought to Lincoln Elementary and the positive difference she made in the lives of others. We are grateful for the time we had with Sandy and proud to honor her memory in a place filled with the laughter and smiles of children she cared so much about.

What a great week at Lincoln Elementary! Our students earned an amazing 105 Lincoln Leaders this week for showing what it means to be responsible, respectful, kind, safe, and ready to learn.

Hands-On Math in Grade 1!

Students in Miss Schlimgen’s first-grade classroom have been busy learning how to use math manipulatives! These hands-on tools give students the opportunity to build, model, count, and explore numbers while developing a deeper understanding of important math concepts. Learning how to use math tools effectively helps our young mathematicians make connections, explain their thinking, and build strong problem-solving skills.

As we prepare to welcome our students back to Lincoln Elementary, we want to recognize the incredible work of our custodial team. Jason, Erica, Ty, Skyler, and Cindy have gone above and beyond to make sure our school is clean, welcoming, and ready for another great year. Their hard work, attention to detail, and dedication to Lincoln Elementary do not go unnoticed. We appreciate everything they do behind the scenes to make our school a wonderful place for students and staff each day.

Lincoln Elementary would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Eric and Jeannette Beutler for their generous donation of 60 book bags and school supplies for our students. Their kindness and generosity will help ensure students have the supplies they need to begin the school year ready to learn and succeed.
