Inner Arts Institute

Inner Arts Institute Inner Arts Institute, a learning community offering workshops, facilitator trainings, consultations, and retreats grounded in Systemic Family Constellations.

We help people explore family and collective patterns with greater awareness, connection, and care. Family Constellations, developed by German psychotherapist Bert Hellinger, is a therapeutic approach through which we can explore the deeper, unconscious dynamics in family systems. As we explore the deeper movements of the soul, we often discover how loyal children are to their families and how the

ir need to belong influences their actions. Unfortunately these loyalties don’t necessarily serve us later in life. Family Constellation work gives us insight and helps us release unresolved patterns from our families of origin that are causing pain in present-day life. Breathwork is another powerful approach to resolving deep, unconscious patterns and freeing us to live joyfully in the present. I am a German psychotherapist who has practiced in the Boston area for more than 20 years. It is my honor and privilege to serve groups and individuals, helping clients and students uncover and release hidden patterns so they can discover the life that is waiting to be lived through them.

September offers two ways to experience constellation work with the Inner Arts Institute.

On September 12, join us for an Introduction to Family Constellations. If you’ve never experienced constellation work or have an issue you’d like to explore, this is a welcoming place to begin.

Then, on September 19–20, join Samvedam and the Inner Arts Team for Walk With Me, a two-day exploration of ancestry and belonging.

Together, we’ll tend to places of disconnection and explore the gifts, talents, love, and strength available within our ancestral lines. We’ll gather what can support us now and carry it forward into our lives and what wants to emerge.

Walk With Me also opens our year-long Constellations Facilitator Training. Come for the weekend, experience the work, meet the team, and see whether you feel called to continue into the full training.

We’d love to welcome you.

A limited number of scholarships may be available.

What strength becomes available when we remember that we do not walk alone?

Join Samvedam and the Inner Arts Team for Walk With Me: Connecting With Our Ancestral Strength.

Together, we’ll connect with those who came before us, tend to old wounds, and gather the love, wisdom, and strength carried through our ancestry. Through systemic constellation work, ritual, meditation, and art, we’ll explore what wants to change, what wants to grow, and where we are called to make an impact.

This weekend also marks the beginning of our year-long Facilitator Training Program. If you’re curious about the training, come experience the work, meet the team, and reconnect with the community.

Continue into the year-long program if it feels right, or simply join us for the weekend. You are welcome either way.

A limited number of scholarships may be available.

There’s a moment in every constellation where something shifts — a sigh, an exhale, a quiet release in the room. That’s the moment you know you’ve found the real pattern underneath.

Swipe through for a look at what actually happens in the middle of this work: the dynamics we look for, why healing sentences only work when they’re truly authentic, and one personal story about what it means to honor someone’s fate.

This is just a taste of what we go deeper into in Facilitator Training — link in bio if you’re curious about going further.
