Our 5th graders went around 4 towns spreading joy and cheer through caroling in Armenian and English. They got to visit our wonderful principal, Dg Houry Boyamian, and a few of their teachers, in addition to friends and family. Thank you to all who supported their efforts. The pomegranate is the Armenian symbol of life. According to tradition, a pomegranate has 365 seeds, one for each day of the year.
This Christmas, we invite you to decorate your tree with a crochet pomegranate ornament handmade by our 5th grade parents. All proceeds will benefit the SSAES Fifth Grade trip to Armenia.
