✨The new school year is next week. Here are the first day schedules for our Jefferson County and Lewis County BOCES campuses.

📍 Bohlen Technical Center
➡️ First Day: Wednesday, September 2
Students attending home school districts that do not begin classes until September 3 are not required to attend BOCES classes on September 2. They should begin attending when their home district begins school.
📍 Sackett Technical Center
➡️ First Day: Thursday, September 3

Educators from area school districts joined at Jefferson-Lewis BOCES as part of the Programs and Professional Development department’s summer offerings: GrowNow and Michael McLeod. Participants didn’t simply learn about ADHD, they explored what it means for students navigating self-control, working memory, task initiation, planning, organization, motivation, and emotional regulation every day.
It was a standout day of summer learning-thought provoking, practical, and filled with ideas ready to make an impact from day one. Thank you to all who attended.
