❇️❇️❇️ One more from Vyacheslav Fyodorov (Russia/Soviet Union. 1918-1985). 🟢Bio: Vyacheslav Fyodorov, the sixth child in a poor weaver’s family, was born in Ivanovo-Voznesensk. He inherited a gift for drawing—his grandfather was said to be a wandering icon painter. Fyodorov studied at the Ivanovo Art School, where some teachers were students of Valentin Serov. His talent was quickly recognized, and his first solo exhibition was held while he was still a student.

With the outbreak of World War II, Fyodorov joined the front but was severely wounded. Determined to continue his artistic path, he made his way to Samarkand, where top Soviet art schools had relocated. Immersed in this creative environment, he absorbed various styles before moving to Leningrad to study under Boris Ioganson. Fyodorov later returned to Ivanovo to teach, travel, and paint. His work was acquired by major Russian museums.
