As many of you know, today is "Match Day" for Phase II of the APPIC Match.

For students who matched in either Phase, all of us at APPIC wish you a terrific internship year!

For those of you who did not find a position, we encourage you to hang in there and keep moving forward, as a large number of excellent internship positions remain unfilled. I want each of you to know that I often hear from students who successfully get placed after experiencing the disheartening and discouraging news about not being matched. And, of course, the Post-Match Vacancy Service (appic.org/Match/Post-Match-Vacancy-Service) begins operating today at 11:00am Eastern Time.

Our offices will be closed for a company meeting, from 10:30AM ET August 28th and will re-open on the 29th of August when we will resume our regular business hours of 9 AM to 5 PM ET.

Due to the Independence Day Holiday, our offices will be closed on Friday, July 4. We will re-open at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on Monday, July 7. The applications WILL be available to you during that time, so you will be able to work on them, but our Customer Service staff will be unavailable until Monday. Happy July 4th Everyone!

In honor of the New Year holiday, our office will be closing at 1pm Eastern Time Today, December 31, and will re-open at 9am Eastern Time on Thursday, January 2. The application will be online and available during this time. Have a safe and Happy New Year’s, everyone!

Due to inclement weather, our offices are closing at 2pm Eastern Time. We expect to be open again for regular hours tomorrow, 17 December.

In honor of the Thanksgiving Holiday, our offices are closing at 1pm Eastern Time on November 27. We will re-open at 9am Eastern Time on Monday, December 2 for normal business hours. The functions of the application will still be available through the holiday, so that you will be able to still fill out your application and submit it. Electronic References are still able to be received as well.

We are pleased to announce that the 2013-2014 AAPI Online Application Cycle is now open and the application is LIVE! You may create your application at https://portal.appicas.org/. We have also created a series of Instructional videos on certain sections of the application. they can be viewed at www.youtube.com/AAPIOnline. Good Luck, Everyone!
