🥋🏆 WE ARE SO PROUD OF TEAM SUNSET! 🏆🥋

A huge thank you to everyone who represented Sunset Tae Kwon Do at the tournament! We are incredibly proud of every student who stepped onto the floor, challenged themselves, and represented our school.

📸 Students & families — share your accomplishments with us! Post your tournament pictures, medals, trophies, and favorite moments in the comments. We want to celebrate ALL of you!

🏅 Once everyone has received their medals and trophies, we’ll get the whole tournament team together for a group picture to celebrate everyone’s accomplishments.

Thank you to all of our families, instructors, volunteers, and supporters who helped make the tournament such a great experience.

What a great night at our Brick Breaking Seminar with Mr. Babcock!

Our students had a fantastic time learning proper power-breaking techniques, building confidence, and challenging themselves to break bricks safely and effectively. Thank you, Mr. Babcock, for sharing your knowledge, encouragement, and years of experience with everyone who attended.

The training doesn’t stop here! This weekend our sister school in Oswego will be hosting another breaking seminar, giving students another opportunity to sharpen their skills.

These seminars are all part of our preparation for the Tournament of Champions on October 3rd, where many of our students will put their hard work to the test. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone’s progress over the next few weeks!

Keep training, keep pushing your limits, and we’ll see you on the mats!
