We have lots coming up as we get ready for fall!

🏆 Tournament of Champions — October 3rd!
We encourage everyone to compete! Register by August 22nd to save $25 on your registration fee. Check your email or visit our website for information on signing up.

🌴 School Closed August 17–22
Our instructors are taking a little vacation! Regular classes will resume after the break.

🥋 Sparring Camp — August 22nd at 2:00 PM
Our sister school in Watertown is hosting a sparring camp for anyone who wants some extra training before tournament season.

🏅 Oswego Prep Tournament — Coming Soon!
Our Oswego sister school is also planning a prep tournament before the Tournament of Champions.

What a great night at our Brick Breaking Seminar with Mr. Babcock!

Our students had a fantastic time learning proper power-breaking techniques, building confidence, and challenging themselves to break bricks safely and effectively. Thank you, Mr. Babcock, for sharing your knowledge, encouragement, and years of experience with everyone who attended.

The training doesn’t stop here! This weekend our sister school in Oswego will be hosting another breaking seminar, giving students another opportunity to sharpen their skills.

These seminars are all part of our preparation for the Tournament of Champions on October 3rd, where many of our students will put their hard work to the test. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone’s progress over the next few weeks!

Keep training, keep pushing your limits, and we’ll see you on the mats!
