Just a friendly reminder! Aside from being open M-F 9:30-3pm, the pantry is open every Saturday 10am-3pm, and on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month, the pantry is open until 6pm. Please note that to access the pantry on Saturday’s, the entrance will be through the thrift store doors on the side. that the food pantry is open to anyone who resides in Jefferson County? Although we’re the “Watertown” Urban Mission, we assist all in the county.

WATERTOWN PARENTS:

All Pre-K programs located in school buildings in the Watertown City School District will have half days during the last week of June, June 20, 21, and 22.

Pick-up will be at 11AM.

June 19 is a holiday (Juneteenth) and June 22 is the last day of the school year.

Watertown Parents:
There will be NO Pre-K on Thursday, 5/25 and Friday, 5/26.

The Watertown City School District has moved the staff training day (previously Friday, 5/26) to Thursday, 5/26, and designated Friday, 5/26, as a "give-back day" (unused snow day).

Attention Watertown Parents:

If your child is currently in our 3YO class at Ohio Elementary and you want them to attend the 4YO class in the upcoming school year, you need to complete the 4YO registration with the school district.

Students do not automatically "move up".

We've sent registration forms home to all of our 3YO students, but if you have not checked your child's bag or have lost the form, please see - https://www.watertowncsd.org/about-us/departments/pre-k/registration

Forms must be returned to the school district, not Benchmark. An email version of the form is provided on the website.

FORMER EMPLOYEES: W2 forms went out in January. If you should have a W2 for 2022 but don't, it's probably because we don't have a current address for you and your old address is not / no longer forwarding. Please contact us with your new address so you won't miss the tax deadline in April.

Information for Kindergarten enrollment for our 4YO Pre-K students in the Watertown City School District.

Remember:
+ Kindergarten registration is NOT automatic.
+ You must register for the school for which you are zoned based on your home address, even if you are currently attending the Pre-K program at Ohio Elementary.
