2026/2027 Caregiver Class Facebook Groups

There are caregiver-run unofficial Facebook groups for some grades that are helpful for sharing class-specific updates and connecting with other families. These groups are not run by the school and depend on caregivers to set them up and keep them active.
If there is a group for your child’s grade, it can be a great way to connect with other families, especially if you’re looking to connect with classmates, find families with shared class placements, or arrange playdates.

2026/2027 Groups:
* Pre-K: Unknown
* Kindergarten: Cunniff Kindergarten Class of 2039
* 1st Grade: Parents of Cunniff kids 2038
* 2nd Grade: Unknown
* 3rd Grade: Cunniff Third grade Class of 2036!
* 4th Grade: Unknown
* 5th Grade: Parents of Watertown Cunniff Kids Class of 2034
If anyone knows of an existing group—or has created one—for Pre-K, 2nd Grade, or 4th Grade, please share the information below so we can help families find it!
* Please remember all official school correspondence is via ParentSquare!

📣 2026–2027 Classroom Caregiver Reps Needed!
We’re looking for a caregiver rep for each teacher’s class. The caregiver rep helps connect teachers, the PTO, and families by sharing important information and helping keep everyone in the loop.
We already have some volunteers, but if you’re interested in being a rep for your child’s class, please email us at [email protected].
👀 Keep an eye out for a ParentSquare post with more information about classroom reps!

Hi All! 👋
A friendly reminder that we are still looking for 5th Grade team Reps (plus three class reps) to help make this final year at Cunniff a great one. 🎓💚🐾
There’s a lot to celebrate this year, including Treetop Adventures, yearbooks, Clap-Out T-shirts, and other end-of-year celebrations. Making all of that happen takes a little planning, a little fundraising ($6,500), and ideally, a few parents willing to help steer the ship since many hands make light work.
The Grade Rep team works with the PTO to:
* Help set fundraising goals and make sure we can cover 5th grade activities and celebrations
* Communicate with teachers and administration about graduation needs and timelines
* Organize parent and student volunteers
* Delegate the important jobs like setup, cleanup, sales, and promotion
* Work with the PTO Treasurer to keep track of the money
* Share fundraising updates at PTO meetings
* Coordinate with the Social Media Chair and Secretary to get the word out
* Make sure funds are used appropriately and transparently
No need to be a PTO expert or have everything figured out. Christine Nardone and May LeBlanc will help, and you’ll have plenty of support along the way.
Let’s make this last year at Cunniff a really special one for our kids. ❤️
Interested? Have questions? Want to volunteer but need to know what you’re signing up for first? Send us a message @ [email protected] or catch us on the playground.

☀️Don’t forget to come to Popsicles with the Principal tomorrow from 5pm-6pm at the Cunniff playground! Also new this year: a limited amount of Cunniff big hair bows will be sold* and they are perfect for the first day of school 🎀

Hope to see you there!

*We request Venmo for bow purchases so the PTO does not have to handle cash and pops simultaneously.
