We spent the past two days participating in professional development!

We worked together as a team and learned about routines, classroom management techniques, and reframing our thinking in early childhood education. We learned about considering emotions, and developmental stages behind children’s needs, in order to strengthen our ability to support every child with empathy, understanding, and intention.

Continuous learning helps us create positive, nurturing environments where children feel safe, valued, and supported as they grow.
