Be on the lookout for RAFFLE TICKETS this week!!
Janesville Elementary Carnival
Sunday, April 26th, 1-4 pm @ Palmer's Family Fun
Dear Parents & Students:
We are asking Janesville students to sell raffle tickets for the Elementary Carnival to help raise money for the PTA. This packet contains 20 tickets to sell ($1 per ticket) plus 2 additional tickets for a seller reward. Students receive 1 FREE raffle ticket for every 10 raffle tickets they sell. Students may pick up additional tickets from the office as needed. They will be available in packets of 11 (10 to sell, 1 as a seller reward).
Please keep all sold and unsold tickets, as well as collected money together in this Ziploc bag until Tuesday, April 21st. On Tue April 21st please send the bag to school with your child/children for return to their teacher or the office.
Buyers may purchase tickets for any of the 14 major prize packages, but please circle only ONE prize package per ticket and print buyer and seller information clearly. A few packages have more than one winner. Please also circle which option you wish to win!
Please make all checks out to the Janesville PTA.
Please see the back for a detailed description of each prize package. You do not need to be present to win.
