Friends of the Family hosted a bicycle drive for us this August. They received donations of 33 bicycles. Of those, we fixed up and returned 17 bikes that they are donating to clients who need bikes as a form of transportation or recreation. We're working on getting the remaining 16 on the floor so keep following us as to see bikes that become available at the shop in the next few weeks.

We will be closed tomorrow, Saturday August 29th.See you Monday from 3-6 PM!

Friends of the Family is hosting a Bike Drive for us this week!

We will be open our regular business hours - Monday and Wednesday from 3-6 PM - to take bicycle donations.

Bikes can also be brought to the Friends of the Family office at 1009 Peoples Square in Waterloo from 8AM-4PM Monday through Friday.

We plan to fix up and return 10 or more bikes to Friends of the Family for clients in need of transportation. We do take bikes in all conditions - rideable or not - because we can harvest parts and recycle unusable components.

Help us spread the word!

Thank you to Friends of the Family for the support and partnership!

We're not biased or anything, but bike nerds are the best kind of people!

🚴‍♂️ We had a blast hanging out with fellow community bike shops at the RAGBRAI Day 0 Expo this weekend!

If you want to support our mission of spreading bike love through grease, wrenching, and good vibes, donate to RAGBRAI Gives by the end of the week! We're trying to hit $60,000, which is $10,000 per Iowa bike shop - no big deal 😅.

Shoutout to our fearless board prez Mike Knapp, Tish from Chain Reaction in Cedar Rapids, and Val from We-Cycle in Ames!
