We have been traveling for nearly three weeks now and will be home tomorrow! Pat Tellier has been planning some things, including an outdoor Bo***ir Project, to offer for the rest of the summer and into fall. I can't let tonight end without praising the amazing efforts of Morgan Murray and the staff at the Belhurst today. Let me set the scene... Today, Geneva NY was under a tornado watch and experienced periods of heavy rain and thunderstorms throughout the day. Morgan waited it out, hoping for a break in the rain. We finally got one, right before the ceremony, but the yard at the Belhurst was flooded! That's when Morgan came up with the idea to have the ceremony on the patio behind the Meritage Ballroom! This patio has been here for 22 years, and they have NEVER done a ceremony here... until today! The bride got her wish of getting married outside with a view of the lake and I got amazing lighting to shoot it! The rain hit again immediately after the ceremony as Morgan rushed to bring everything back inside. Her dedication to making our couple's days exactly what they envision is just incredible!

Good morning Facebook! After adding in a few last minute entries this morning, I listed everyone out in the order that they entered the contest and assigned everyone a number based on that. Then, I used the random number generator to choose our winner!

We are so excited for our latest giveaway.. our biggest one ever! Here are the details...

We are giving away the ultimate senior portrait experience. We believe that senior pictures should be an adventure, and we want to go on one with you. So, where would your dream location be for senior pictures if you could go ANYWHERE in New York State?! Well, that's where we will go with you. As long as we can make it there, shoot, and make it back in one day... anything goes! A mountain in the Adirondacks, an amusement park, even NYC, take us there (sessions like this could be up to $1,500+ normally)!

Sometimes, an image just sticks in your head. After Pat Tellier showed me this picture on the screen of his camera last night, I couldn't stop thinking about it and HAD to edit it as soon as I got home!

I don't think I've seen a picture that shows the essence of a wedding in the Finger Lakes better than this one.
