What a PERFECT activity for all ages to celebrate their creative ideas and favorite things! (And to make sun protection cool 😉)

Back in September, I began working with brightwheel's new Experience Curriculum ; A Preschool Curriculum that's play-based, for ages 2-5 (in my program). Through the same App I use to log our day- Check in, Meal items/Bottles, Potty/Diaper changes, Naps, Activities, Health Check, etc--- Brightwheel has now included the option to send everything I'll need for a Month's worth of Daily Lesson Plans, Crafts, Games and Books covering EVERY possible area a growing mind needs to develop! I've been BLOWN AWAY by the simplicity of assigning the daily plans to the week I choose, and simply grabbing the Day's lesson/craft pack. Here's a peak at our day (today) where parents can see, with pictures, what we discussed and what area of learning the activity covered!

What was most important to me in finding a source of education at this young age is that they could still be PLAY-BASED. I believe Children learn best through play and experience, and it's the guidance and routine that aids in their absorbency. We don't begin until after they've eaten. We then get some wiggles out, get a chance to speak and discuss what we'll be doing, and if I don't make it through some of the tasks, we can easily assign it to another day. There are days we skip altogether, so there's no pressure on myself nor any of the Children. It truly has brought my group together and been nothing but a positive experience!
