And there is no better way to honor this humble processed meat than with a classic, straight-from-childhood preparation: The Fried Bologna Sandwich. 🔥 The Curl: The moment of pure, sizzling satisfaction when the slice of bologna hits the hot pan and the edges curl up. Don't forget to cut a little notch in the side to keep it from "bowling"! The Foundation is always two soft slices of classic white bread.
