We’re hiring at Zera!!

We’re looking to add two part-time people to our team - an experienced barista and a kitchen team member.

This is a small team, and who we hire matters. We need people who take ownership, move with intention, and genuinely care about the experience we’re creating for every person who walks through our doors.

Barista (experience required)
This is not a push-a-button coffee job. We need someone with Barista experience and expect drinks to be made with consistency, quality, and speed.
You’ll also be working the POS, helping with the pastry case, keeping things clean, and jumping in wherever needed.

Kitchen Team Member (no experience required)
You’ll help with pastries, sandwiches, and prep. We’re happy to train, but you need to come ready to learn, move with urgency, and take pride in your work.

For both roles, we’re looking for people who:
- Are friendly and can make natural small talk that builds real relationships with our guests
- Anticipate needs instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Have a leader mindset and take initiative
- Stay steady and positive, even when there’s a line out the door
- Can be counted on by their team no matter what

Hours:
We’re open Monday–Saturday from 7:30am–4:30pm. You must be available to work a variety of shifts within those days and times. Both positions are part-time.
