462.5 kg or 1019.64 #!

She now owns 5 national championships & a new American High school
Record!!

This girl rocked it today! Congratulations to Lilli on her National championship @ USAPL High School Nationals! 122.5 kg squat, 55 kg bench, 142.5 kg dead lift ! She finished 90 kg over 2nd place! In addition to physical strength ...her work ethic & mental toughness is apparent behind the curtain! She will rock whatever she sets her mind to. I have no doubt.!

🚨💪 WUHS Powerlifting Makes a Huge Statement at State! 🖤🤍💚💪🏼🎖️

Our team got an amazing sendoff Friday with a police es**rt from Officer May & Waterford PD, followed by a team dinner before heading to the WHSPA State Championships in Appleton (3/6–3/8).

This year’s state qualifiers:
🏋️ Jenna Bjorge – 4th Time (Senior)
🏋️ Hunter Henningfeld – 3rd Time (Junior)
🏋️ Nick Chmiel – 2nd Time (Senior)
🏋️ Riley Degrave – 3rd Time (Senior)
🏋️ Page Gunkel – 2nd Time (Sophomore)
🏋️ Avery Newbury – 1st Time
🏋️ Lilli Koncki – 2nd Time (Sophomore)
🏋️ Kiah Hegemann-Lynch – 1st Time (Freshman)
🏋️ Thomas Greil – 1st Time (Junior)
🏋️ Claire Wollermann – 1st Time (Sophomore)

Highlights:
🏆 10 lifters qualified for state
💥 7 finished in the Top 10
🥇 Jenna Bjorge captured her 3rd State Championship
📈 Jenna set 4 NEW State Records – Squat 402.3 #, Bench 187.4 #, Deadlift 440.92 #, Total 1030.66 #
🎓 Jenna also received the WHSPA John Malin & Dave Adamovich Memorial Scholarship
🏅Paige Gunkel hit the podium in 4th in an extremely competitive weight class!! 💪🏼

Next up, some members of our team will head to Killeen, Texas for USAPL High School Nationals to compete for national titles at the end of March!
