Rachel never meets a stranger — her energy, kindness, and contagious spirit bring so much light and warmth to our studio every single day. From cheering on the room to showing up ride after ride, she makes every class brighter just by being in it.

We love seeing her absolutely rock her rides class after class, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of this community.

Tonight was a reminder of what makes this community so special. 💕

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Veronica’s last ride before she begins her maternity leave. We all know her, we all love her, and she’s going to be greatly missed in the studio. Her energy, passion, and spirit have touched so many lives, and tonight showed just how much love surrounds her.

While she’s home taking care of her little boy, we’ll keep that same energy alive here in the studio — riding hard, supporting each other, and carrying the positivity she brings into every room.

You guys are proof that a group of strangers can come together and become something so much bigger: a community built on support, encouragement, and love.
