The Breakie Bunch The Breakie Bunch provides quality care and education for children 6 weeks to 12 years of age.

Our programs are play based emphasizing an appropriate balance between child directed and teacher directed activities. Our curriculum focuses on the following developmental areas; cognitive skills, social, emotional, physical, creative, and language and literacy skills. It is our goal to support children in achieving goals appropriate for their age and development. Children as young as toddlers wi

ll participate in large and small group activities as a part of the daily routine. Our staff is committed to planning and implementing a curriculum that is purposeful, goal oriented, and most of all fun.

We are so excited to announce weekly dance classes at The Breakie Bunch starting tomorrow!! Get to know our instructors Ms. Maya and Ms. Claire!

Hi! My name is Maya, and I’m so excited to be introducing weekly dance classes for our Preschool Prep and GSRP/Summer Camp classrooms! Dance has been a huge part of my life since I was 5 years old when I started recreationally, and I began competing at the age of 8, continuing through my senior year of high school. My training includes ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, modern, hip hop, and pom. I was also a member of my high school’s dance team and spent several years teaching dance at my local studio, where I instructed ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, hip hop, and pom.

I believe dance is so much more than learning steps, it’s a wonderful way for children to build confidence, express their creativity, develop coordination, and strengthen important social and emotional skills. Watching children discover new abilities, gain confidence, and light up with excitement when they master something new is one of my favorite parts of teaching. I can’t wait to share my love of dance with your children and create a fun, encouraging environment where they can move, learn, and grow together each week!

Hi! My name is Claire and I have been involved in dance since I was 4 years old and continued dancing through high school until I graduated. I also had an opportunity to be apart of a children’s dance and movement program that focused on introducing young children to movement in a fun and engaging way!

My goal this year is to provide engaging activities that encourage our toddlers to build confidence, strengthen their gross motor skills and develop a love for music while having fun! 🥰 - Ms. Claire
