The primary goal for any adult educator is to develop the facilitation skills that allow us to meet learners where they are. If we're honest, the entire teaching and learning process is a transactional one of growth and development, but it truly begins with the facilitator's attitude and expectations. Listen below...
Happy Easter Sunday everyone! We returned yesterday from sharing with faculty and administrators in Broward, Florida. So many like, caring minds! How do we demonstrate authenticity and respect for our struggling students without sacrificing standards? They may not love us today, but we will not inflate grades. We will not water down our curriculum. And we will not give up on them.
