Coach West brings toughness, experience, and a blue-collar mentality to our program. His commitment to developing disciplined, physical football players aligns perfectly with the culture we are building at Wilby. His leadership and attention to detail will help establish the standard in the trenches on both sides of the ball.

Celebrating the grind.

Shoutout to all our award winners, well deserved and earned through the work. Proud of every one of you.

Big thank you to our coaches, staff, and everyone involved behind the scenes who helped make the night special. This doesn’t happen without you.

Appreciate the catering from on Chase Ave in Waterbury. Everything was on point.

This was more than a banquet… it’s a reflection of the standard we’re building. And we’re just getting started.

Appreciate the opportunity to get up to UConn Football Spring game with the team. Good football, great competition, and a chance to learn. Now it’s on us to bring that energy back and keep building.

Players are expected to be on time and prepared.

Bring daily:
• Workout clothes
• Proper footwear
• Outdoor / weather-appropriate gear
• Water bottle

Training may be indoors and outdoors.

Started on the D-Line as a sophomore and worked his way into becoming a difference-maker at every level of our defense.
These past two seasons, he’s been the heartbeat of our unit — 90 tackles in 9 games and a relentless motor.
