"That's not enough" - yes that's not enough hostages. Release ALL of them and you'll get your permanent ceasefire.
There are dozens of commenters on this post disappointed the ceasefire is delayed until Thursday. Know why? Because, as stated by , they are waiting on Hamas to release the list of hostages that will be released to make sure it matches the agreement. Incredible - hours after an air strike in Gaza, they have a detailed list of THOUSANDS of dead civilians, yet it's taking them until THURSDAY to hand in a list of 50 hostages ๐ค.

Fasting can cause a temporary dip in your milk supply. The day after the fast is usually harder than the day of because your body's fluid stores have been depleted. Drinking loads of water, feeding baby and pumping frequently will help you get it back to where it was. Good luck and don't despair!

๐ If your halachic authority determined that you should use shiurim, keep in mind that they are intended to PREVENT you from having to break your fast. Therefore you need to start in the beginning of the day. If you wait until you don't feel good, shiurim alone aren't likely to remedy your fluid deficit and chances are you'll be breaking your fast.

The next change in my life is relocating!
I know I'm being cryptic and all by not sharing the location yet, but there is so much effort that went into this move. It was years in the making. We had so many bumps along the way and I lost hope so many times of it ever happening. It's kind of like going through the labor and birth process (always love an opportunity to geek out about birth ๐ค).
I'm still in disbelief and just plain afraid to say it's actually happening until the move is complete. Even if all of my worldly possessions are neatly and methodically packed into the truck in the photo here, thanks to the amazing team from . I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. This is not sponsored, they just went way above and beyond in their service and I love you share my good finds with you.
Before I reach my intended destination, I'm making a detour in Camp Sternberg for a few weeks. I can't wait to share all the camp shenanigans with you, especially those of you who lived for camp as kids. I feel so lucky that I can still go ๐. Stay tuned!

Today is my last day on at Danbury Hospital.
I haven't been on here in over 2 months because I've got lots of exciting life changes happening.

Today was a very special day for me at work. It's the first day that masks became optional at the hospital.
That's right - for the past 3 years, we've been wearing masks continuously, through shifts that often lasted way past 12 hours.
It is a bittersweet day. It reminded me of all the loss we've faced in these last 3 years. It made me sad that I'm happy that I finally get to show my face to my patients and see theirs, because it shouldn't have been this way to begin with.
In the beginning, we hospital staff never could have imagined that this continuous masking would last so long. And then a year in, we began to think that we'd never take them off for the rest of our healthcare careers.
It's hard to believe that this day has come. And I really hope that it stays this way for good.
